…try getting this kind of service at a McDonald’s or Burger King.
Despite the Left’s hatred for Chick-fil-A, the fast-food company continues to outperform most of its competitors.
While many may think its merely due to its tasty menu, there’s more to it.
Much of Chick-fil-A’s success also comes from its outstanding customer service, which ranks the highest of all fast food chains.
However, Chick-fil-A’s customer service does not just end inside the restaurant or at the drive-through window though.
Here’s a case in point:
When a 96-year old WWII vet known as “Mr. Lee” got a flat tire, he pulled into a Chick-fil-A store in Severn, Maryland.
“He was shaking, almost in tears saying he barely made it to the store on three tires because one was bad,” Rudy Somoza, one of the Chick-fil-A managers told CNN.
When Mr. Lee approach the counter and told Daryl Howard, another manager, of his problem, Howard did not hesitate to help the veteran.
“As soon as he finished his sentence, Daryl informed me he needed to help this gentleman right now,” Somoza said. “So, Daryl jumped into action without hesitation.”
Somoza told CNN he’s worked with Howard about five years.
“His action of kindness was beautiful. Daryl has always been so helpful to anyone in need and deserves this recognition,” Somoza said.
