Millionaire and billionaire climate-change alarmists are traveling to Italy on their mega yachts and in private jets to discuss the climate.
For the last several years, the billionaires who own Google have held an annual $20 million party called “Google Camp” in Sicily.
This year’s A-list of invitees includes former President Barack Obama, Prince Harry, Leonardo DiCaprio and Katy Perry, reports Page Six.
“Google Camp is meant to be a place where influential people get together to discuss how to make the world better,” one regular attendee told The Post.
“There will likely be discussions about online privacy, politics, human rights, and of course, the environment, which makes it highly ironic that this event requires 114 private jets to happen,” they said.
Attendees pay for their own travel to Sicily, but then Google foots the bill for everything at the opulent Verdura Resort, which reportedly features two golf courses and where rooms start at $903 a night.
The Vendura Resort, according to its website, consists of “230 hectares of sun-kissed Mediterranean coastline, countryside, spa and golf.”
Although Obama was ultimately a no show, Prince Harry gave an impassioned speech about the climate and Naomi Campbell spoke about Nelson Mandela.
